Can I make adjustments to my order?

We kindly inform you that once an order has been placed, we are unable to accommodate any changes or adjustments to it. This includes canceling the order, adding or removing items, editing the order details, or modifying the shipping address. It's important to note that any costs associated with returning the items, including postage, will not be covered by us. For your peace of mind, we highly recommend using a tracked method of postage when returning items to ensure their safe delivery to us. Please understand that we cannot assume liability for any returns that may be lost during transit. When will my favourite item be restocked in my size?

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to restock the item you love in your preferred size. Our limited edition collections have limited availability however, we encourage you to enter your email on the product page for restock availability. We share your excitement and are doing our best to replenish items as quickly as possible. Why isn't my discount code working?

Why are there additional charges or a slight price change during my purchase?

We don't have any additional charges apart from shipping costs which is displayed in your cart. Our prices are in Australian Dollars, and any other currency conversion may vary slightly due to daily exchange rates. Rest assured, you will pay the amount displayed in your currency at the time of completing the order.

Where is my order?

If you haven't received a shipping notification yet, please allow up to 5 business days for us to pack and send off your order. Please don't forget to check your junk or spam folders for any email notifications. Thank you!

Will my order, which included pre-order items be shipped together or separately?

When you make a purchase that consists of both pre-order and non pre-order items, we will ship them together once the pre-order shipment becomes available. To guarantee a seamless and prompt delivery, we recommend placing separate orders if you prefer your items to be shipped individually. Our aim is to accommodate your preferences and ensure a satisfying shopping experience.

My parcel hasn't arrived yet?

If your order fails to arrive within the designated delivery period, we kindly request that you contact us atorders@prettypeach.com.au. Should the package exceed the estimated delivery time by more than five working days, we will promptly initiate an inquiry with the postal service. Rest assured, our utmost priority is to ensure your receipt of the purchase.

In Australia, we ship with Australia Post and International we ship with DHL and FedEx.

Is it necessary to use a garment bag when laundering my leggings?

To preserve the quality and lifespan of your leggings, we suggest using a washing bag. This precautionary measure shields them from any potential harm caused by items containing hard parts or velcro. By treating your Pretty Peach items with care, they will accompany you through numerous adventures.

Need assistance choosing the right size?

Our collection adheres to the essence of true sizing, allowing you to confidently select your usual size. Nevertheless, we understand that each body is unique and we encourage you to follow our detailed size guide and measurements for precise guidance. If you find yourself in between sizes or should you require additional assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to us athello@prettypeach.com.au. Rest assured, if an exchange becomes necessary, our dedicated team will gladly accommodate your needs.

Where can I access the details regarding the sizing of the products?

Our styles follow precise sizing standards, ensuring a proper fit. If you happen to fall between two sizes in our leggings, we recommend selecting the smaller size for an ideal, supportive fit. For detailed measurements, please refer to our size guide available on each product page.

Is it safe to tumble dry the leggings

We strongly advise against tumble drying the leggings or any of the collection as it may compromise the composition of the fabric. It is recommended to opt for air-drying by hanging them instead.

What are the recommended care instructions for washing my Pretty Peach garments

Our Pretty Peach garments are meticulously crafted to provide exceptional quality, accompanying you on numerous delightful adventures. To maintain their longevity, we recommend washing your Pretty Peach items inside-out, using a cold wash and gentle cycle. Avoid using softeners or bleach, as they may compromise the composition of the fabric. For drying, we suggest line drying only, allowing them to air-dry naturally.

Are your leggings full length?

Currently, our leggings are designed in a full-length style of a 25" inseam. To measure this against your body, please refer to our size measurement guide.

Do your leggings cater to various body shapes?

We hold our creation close to our hearts, a testament to our passion and dedication. However, we humbly recognise that the true judges are our cherished customers. 

Are they squat proof?

Are the bras equipped with padding for enhanced support?

Our seamless bras come with removable pads, allowing you to customise your level of support. They provide a medium to high level of comfort and flexibility.

Returns & Exchanges

Is it possible to return an item that I bought on sale?

All products purchased on sale can only be returned for a store credit or exchange. This applies to items purchased during BLACK FRIDAY/CYBER MONDAY and BOXING DAY Sales.

Products that are listed "FINAL SALE" can not be returned for a refund or store credit.

How do I return my item?

We are sorry to hear that you would like to return your item! Please email us within 30 days of receiving your item at returns@prettypeach.com.au. Please read our Returns Policy before your return your item to make sure you are eligible for a refund, store credit or exchange.

We also recommend you receive a receipt and a tracking number for your return. If your return is lost in transit and you have no proof of postage, we are unable to process your return.

Can I return for a refund?

Yes, we accept returns for a refund on all NON SALE items given they meet all of our Returns Policy Requirements. If we receive any returns that do not meet our conditions (worn, washed, stains, odours, makeup, tags unattached, etc) we cannot accept it and will return to you at your own cost.

When will my refund be processed?

We are sorry that you are returning an item! Please note, that your return is being delivered to a PO Box and once delivered, your refund can take up 5-8 days to process and will be refunded to your original payment method.

Do you accept returns for accessories?

We are unable to accept any returns on Pretty Peach socks due to hygiene reasons.
