Orders will be fulfilled and shipped within 1-5 business days. Please note that once the order has been placed, it can not be amended or cancelled.

You will receive an email with tracking information after your order has been shipped. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within the fulfilment time frame, please contact orders@prettypeach.com.au.

Domestic Shipping

For all domestic orders we ship with Australia Post. We offer free express shipping on all domestic orders totalling $150 or more.

Please note the shipping time frame does not include the day of shipping.

Standard $9.95 (Orders may take from 2 to 8 business days)

Express $14.95 (Orders may take from 1 to 4 business days)

International Shipping

DHL Express: $40.00 AUD 

Australia Post: $25 (For N-Z customers only).

Uncollected Parcels / Return to Sender Info

If a delivery is attempted and the parcel is taken to your local post office for collection, it is the customer's responsibility to collect it within the time frame by Australia Post. If the parcel is not collected and is returned to us (marked as "Return to Sender"), Pretty Peach will not be liable to cover the cost of re-shipping. In this case, the customer will be contacted and given the option to pay a re-shipping fee for the order to be resent. Unclaimed parcels that are returned to us and not re-shipped within 14 days will be refunded to your original payment method, minus the original shipping cost. Please note sale items will not be refunded, a store credit will be issued. 

International Taxes and Duties

Please note all international shipments outside of Australia do not include any customs, taxes or import duties that could be incurred upon your order reaching your destination and is solely the responsibility of the customer.
