We value our products and you! Your faith in our brand and our products is everything to us. If, for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return full priced goods for a refund or store credit within 30 days of receiving your order, please note shipping will be excluded.
To be eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit. The following conditions must apply:
- The goods must be unworn
- The goods must be unwashed
- The goods must be free of any stains and odours (deodorant, fragrances and makeup)
- The goods must be in sellable condition (no scuffs, tears, alterations, unravelled/snapped seams or snags)
- The goods must be returned in its original packaging with product/care labels and tags still attached
- The goods must have been purchased at full price
- For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept any returns on socks
If the above conditions are not fulfilled, the goods will not be accepted and will be sent back to you at your own expense.
Kindly note that the cost of return or exchange postage is not covered by us. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure the safest arrival of your return. We are not responsible for returns lost during transit.
If you wish to initiate a return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will provide you with a return form. For a faster turnaround, we recommend placing a new order for your desired items while returning the original order for a refund.
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or a different product, please email email@example.com for further instructions. Please note we can not hold products and we encourage you to send your returns as quickly as possible to ensure the items don't sell out.
Items purchased on sale:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for goods purchased on sale unless you have received the incorrect item and/or the item is faulty. This includes sample sale goods, BLACK FRIDAY, CYBER MONDAY and BOXING DAY sales.
